Return Policy

You must Contact us when you have received a defective or incorrect item and are requesting either a refund or replacement. We will enter the information into your order so that the Returns Department will handle your return smoothly. For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We will credit or replace for DEFECTIVE items only (or for any shipping errors made by us). Please return the items in their original packaging within 30 days to the address provided. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 30 day return period. Customer service representatives will provide shipping instructions. Do not repackage the order and return it to the “shipped from” address. Your refund will be processed as soon as your items are received. Undeliverable OrdersPlease take care in providing your shipping information. What you provide is exactly how your shipping label will be printed. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will result in a 20% processing fee and no shipping refund will be issued. If you decide to have the product re-delivered to a different address (US addresses only), an additional shipping/handling fee of $10 will apply for US shipping addresses.
