Penis Enlargement

Penis enlargement works by creating a vacuum around the penis. As the vacuum increases – that is, air is pumped out of the cylinder surrounding the penis – the resulting negative pressure draws blood into the erectile chambers, engorging the penile shaft to its maximum capacity.
